P&O Ferries ships hundreds of thousands of passengers between the UK and Europe every year. But the ferry category has been shrinking for decades, with travellers opting for faster, more convenient and often cheaper alternatives. We needed a campaign that changed the positioning of the business, from leaders in the category to challengers in the broader travel market.
Our campaign reminded people that getting away didn’t need to be so painful. ‘There is Another Way’ used the observational humour of micro insights about travel to directly attack our competitors, showing that there was a more enjoyable alternative with P&O Ferries.
